What This Is

This is the mail-in diagnostic for your laptop. Order it here and checkout covers the shipping label to send your device to our shop. No appointment is needed.

You send us the device. We inspect it, test it, and tell you exactly what it needs and what it costs. You approve before any repair work happens. No approval, no repair.

The Fee Is Credited Toward Your Repair

The $35 diagnostic fee comes off the repair price when you approve the work. If the device isn't repairable, the fee covers the inspection and we ship it back or recycle it, your choice.

Turnaround

Most repairs are completed within one to three business days of arrival. If parts have to be ordered or we find something unusual, we contact you before proceeding.

What You're Paying For Today

• The shipping label to send your device to our shop in Toledo, Ohio
• Bench diagnostics and a written quote ($35, credited toward your repair)

Return shipping is added to the final invoice once repair decisions are made.

Before You Ship

• Remove the passcode, Find My or activation lock, and account sign-ins, or write the passcode on your note
• Back up your data — repairs can wipe a device
• Include the charger
• No bag, sleeve, mouse, or accessories
• Write a note with your name, phone, email, order number, device model, and the problem, and put it in the box
• Bubble wrap, sturdy box, insure it for its value

Warranty

90 days on parts and labor for the repair we performed.
