Shipping coverage


We ship orders within the United States, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Processing time


Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. We do our best to ship the same day when possible; however, same-day shipping is not guaranteed.


Shipping rates


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size/weight, and the carrier service selected.


Delivery estimates


Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs/inspection, or events outside our control.


Signature confirmation (orders over $200)


For security and fraud prevention, orders over $200 require signature confirmation at delivery. This requirement is part of our shipping process for high-value shipments.


Order tracking


Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Local pickup (in-store)


Local pickup is available for eligible orders. Pickup is in-store at the counter only.


The customer must present a government-issued photo ID.


The name on the ID must match the name on the order.


Third-party pickups are not permitted at this time.

Orders must be picked up within 5 business days. If not picked up within 5 business days, we may cancel the order, restock the item(s), and issue a refund.



Address accuracy


Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up the package, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.


Lost, stolen, or missing packages


If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us immediately. We can assist with the carrier inquiry process; however, we are not responsible for theft after delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location.


Damaged, defective-on-arrival, or incorrect items


Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective on arrival, or you received the wrong item. We may request photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number, so we can evaluate the issue and work toward a resolution.
