Who pays for shipping?
We do. You get a prepaid, insured label to send it in. If you turn down our offer, we ship it back to you free.
How do I get paid?
Zelle, PayPal, a mailed check, or credit toward one of our rebuilt modules. You choose when you accept. Payment goes out within 1 business day of your yes.
Why do you need a photo of my ID?
We record seller details for every used part we buy, the same as our store does. We ask for a photo of your ID before we pay you.
How long is the offer good for?
14 days. If we don't hear back within 30 days, we ship the part back to you.
