  Service Details:  

• • Refurbishing Fee: $257.50 , applied to functional FICMs in need of refurbishment and maintenance.

 

• • Unsuccessful Service Fee: Should our efforts not restore module functionality, a $77.25 fee is charged for the service attempt.

 

• • Tailored Repairs: Additional repair needs identified during refurbishment may incur extra charges, determined by the technician based on the complexity of required work.

  Getting Started:

      Please include a prepaid shipping label for the return of your FICM after service. Also, please include your name, phone number, email address and the issues you’re experiencing with your truck relative to the module.
   2. Inspection and Service: Upon receipt, we’ll perform a detailed inspection, refurbishment, and our signature on-engine test. We capture images of before and after conditions, and provide test-run evidence, ensuring your module’s optimal performance.

  Return: With your module confirmed as functional, please go ahead with the service purchase. Should there be an additional charge, we will inform you accordingly. Following this, we will expedite its return, using the shipping label you provided, to ensure a seamless experience.
